Hello!
Sorry about the lack of posts the last couple of days, my computer has been ridiculously slow lately and it's been so gloriously hot that I haven't felt like fighting it when I could be out walking :)
I'm loving my fitbit! It really makes me challenge myself! My first full day with it I logged over 20,000 steps and something like the equivalent of 49 floors! Ohh yeah. Not gonna lie, I hurt like a you know what the next day though LOL! Toned 'er down a bit until I get used to walking so much again....especially the hills and stairs. Those are killer babe! :P Today I only walked about 11 thousand steps (and I think a few of those are from bouncing around in a golf cart...)
...my fitbit just told me "stepgeek Lisa" I love that it sends me "motivation" now and then if I don't move a lot, but...what the junk does stepgeek mean? LOL
Yesterday I weighed myself to see if I'd lost even the slightest bit since last Saturday, but nope. Not even an ounce :( No more cheating for me!! None None None! I'd like to look a lot less chubs when I go visit my fam jam in Ontario this fall... ok, even a little would be nice so I can be all like "I may look chub now! But you wait! I'm losing weight! I've already lost yay amount of weight!" lol
and now! I am off to sleepy bye land! LOL Lots to do tomorrow!
