Back to Normal :)

Alrighty! Now that my friend has healed up, I am back at my house, and back to normal healthy eating, and back to *gasp* reliable internet! Now I can actually post more often! yaayy! haha
I did go up in weight a bit, but I think its because I've been craving EVERYTHING... SO hopefully within a few days I'll be back to feeling normal, and I'll stop eating so much freaking chocolate! Seriously! I don't love chocolate, but it's ALL I've wanted lately. :(

Smaller Size..but a weight gain?

Hey all.... Sorry I haven't blogged much lately! I've been helping out at my friend's house cause she's been sick lately and she has 4 kids, so she's needed all the help she can get! haha! Her internet was kinda sketchy so I didn't get on as much as I'd liked :(
Since I've been away, I haven't been eating as well as I would like, but I have still managed to shrink!... Kinda. My shirts are all loose now (yay!) but I still put on around 3 pounds. (Boo!) So I'm kinda hoping its muscle from lifting on kids and their crap so much and still working out a bit :P
Anyways, there are 3 more kids to go to bed yet, but I thought I should write and let you all know I didn't just fall off the earth! haha.

How to lose weight. and have fun doing it!

I have found the secret y'all. Just Dance on the x box. Its CRAAAAAAAAAZY! No joking. Since I have started dancing with my friend Cheryl, my pants have refused to stay on my hips. haha, I'm not really complaining because that means I'm losing weight, but I am at the same time because I can't afford new clothes that fit :P But the pro's of losing weight trump the cons of losing my pants. :P Except at work. because that kind of sucks lol
Want to lose weight? Dance just dance on the x box. It's like the weight just magically disappears :)

Forgetfullness :(

Sorry folks! I forgot to post for a bit :( BUT! In my defense I *was* excercising... a lot! haha I've been walking more frequently, and dancing on my friends xbox almost once a day (talk about a work out!) :) I promise to try to post more frequently from now on though! :) I haven't been at home much either, so I haven't weighed myself lately, but I'm pretty sure I'm losing because my damn pants pridnear fell off my ass the other day at work! haha I'm happy I'm losing (whether it be weight or my ass lol) but it coulda been embarrassing if there had been customers around... lets hope that doesn't happen again! haha If this keeps up I'm going to need a second job just to buy new pants! :P 
Thats all for now, folks! But I'll probably post later :) going to dance on the xbox now!

Weigh in!

Good Morning!! So it's Monday! And that means I weighed myself this morning! I was DOWN! :D I now weigh 149.6! Yaaayy!
I cheated a little bit this week though :(  {not a good start to this .. I know} I had to ease myself into this thing slowly :) I had 2 pepsi's (just cans!) and I ate at McDonalds twice. 2 medium fries, 1 medium sprite and 2 bacon chicken snack wrap. Next week..er this week.. I promise to do better :) and hopefully one week from today I'll be able to post that I'm down in weight again! :D

Whoops...

Oops! Slipped off the exercising wagon yesterday. My Grammie's birthday is this weekend and I kinda sorta totally forgot until like, Wednesday that I'm supposed to be making a scrapbook for her soooo I spent all day yesterday doing that ha.  But I'm climbing back on the wagon today. As soon as my bread is finished baking I'm going to, well, probably eat a piece lol, then hop on the treadmill to burn it off lol I'm going to go easier on myself today though lol and not set it to the max incline.. I'm a pansy ok? lol
Speaking of eating haha, Lord it's hard to eat healthy and right when you live in a house full of junk food! Chips, pop, Christmas baking.... its everywhere! Gah! For a family that is trying to eat better and live healthier, we sure have an awful lot of bad food here. Oh well, guess I'm going to have to get my own good food :)
I am going to set Sunday's as my weigh in days so I can (hopefully) end the week on a good note, whether or not my week has been the best week of my existence or the week from hell :P

Here we gooo!

Hellooo! Today I started tossing a bit more exercise into my boring daily life. I was hanging out in the basement this morning, doing a bit of cleaning (more staring at the mess going "what the hell am I going to do with all this shit?") and the treadmill was just standing there, staring me down. So I said what the hell and moved the crap from around it so I could set it down, plugged it in, and hopped on. After dusting it off I set the incline aaallll the way up (I was feeling like a challenge) and set the pace to a steady 2.5mph and started walking. At first I was all like "YEAH! I can DO THIS!" and figured on walking for 30 minutes. 7 minutes into it I was sweating like a pig! (Grossss!) so I decided I'd settle for 10 minutes today. *phew* I didn't realize I was THAT out of shape. But after I got off (and my heart rate settled down lol) I felt good about exercising, and staring at my gut and fat legs in the mirror after, it was easier to envision myself slimming down then it was before :D
Now I'm off to work! yaaay -_-
