Good Morning!! So it's Monday! And that means I weighed myself this morning! I was DOWN! :D I now weigh 149.6! Yaaayy!
I cheated a little bit this week though :( {not a good start to this .. I know} I had to ease myself into this thing slowly :) I had 2 pepsi's (just cans!) and I ate at McDonalds twice. 2 medium fries, 1 medium sprite and 2 bacon chicken snack wrap. Next week..er this week.. I promise to do better :) and hopefully one week from today I'll be able to post that I'm down in weight again! :D
