Aaaalrighty! So! It is 2013 and this year I am so serious about losing weight it's not funny. I have BIG plans for my 22nd year of life, and being chubs ain't fitting into those plans at all! I got all my nasty habits out of my system last night (pop...chips... junk food...etc..) and starting today I will NOT have more than 1 pepsi a week, I will eat at McDonalds no more than once a month and chips and other junk food will only be ate at parties. I have been drinking water like mad lately and I will continue that good habit and I will be cleaning the basement so I can get to the treadmill to get my daily walks in (because lets face it.. walking in the winter in the snow and slush is kinda gross lol) and to make sure I stay on track I am going to try to post here every day, or at the least, once a week. For anyone reading this, feel free to send me random motivation! I sure am going to need it! :)
