Here we gooo!

Hellooo! Today I started tossing a bit more exercise into my boring daily life. I was hanging out in the basement this morning, doing a bit of cleaning (more staring at the mess going "what the hell am I going to do with all this shit?") and the treadmill was just standing there, staring me down. So I said what the hell and moved the crap from around it so I could set it down, plugged it in, and hopped on. After dusting it off I set the incline aaallll the way up (I was feeling like a challenge) and set the pace to a steady 2.5mph and started walking. At first I was all like "YEAH! I can DO THIS!" and figured on walking for 30 minutes. 7 minutes into it I was sweating like a pig! (Grossss!) so I decided I'd settle for 10 minutes today. *phew* I didn't realize I was THAT out of shape. But after I got off (and my heart rate settled down lol) I felt good about exercising, and staring at my gut and fat legs in the mirror after, it was easier to envision myself slimming down then it was before :D
Now I'm off to work! yaaay -_-
