Woooo! I just ordered my very own fitbit! I've heard amazing things about this little machine and I'm pretty stoked. It tracks all about you 24/7! How many calories you burn, how many steps you take, the intensity of your workout, how many floors you climb! And even how long/well you sleep. Because a good night's sleep is the key to everything.

When you sign up for fitbit (it's free!... minus the fitbit itself.. LOL) You get an online dashboard where you can track your meals, activity and weight. The fitbit will automatically update when it comes within 15 feet of the docking station if it is plugged into your computer. This is more to keep me active than to lose weight, but I guess it kind of goes hand in hand...the more active I am, the more I shed off my belly! :P
It's easy, it's convenient, it's a little bit expensive (99.95 - yech!) but if it works, it is SO worth it!
