Starting Out

Hello! I am Lisa :) Shortie and Cutie... but unfortunately, a little on the tubby side too. BUT! I am out to change that! Over the course of this blog I am going to (Attempt!) to document eeeeeverything! In my weight loss journey. I know zilch about shedding pounds, but I have some ideas and I'm going to give them a try. You will be able to see and read how well my ideas work, or don't work. LOL My starting weight is 147.8 lbs. Not huge really, but on my tiny five-foot-nothing frame, its pretty huge. And I'm not a fan. Sorry for the bathroom picture, it's the only mirror that I can see 90% of my body in for the picture LOL! My goal is to remove that not so lovely little muffin top floppin down over my jeans, and shed the double chin! I only need one ;) This really isn't going to be a "Diet" persay, just more of a "These things are making me fat so I'm ditching them" type of deal :) So here is my list of what I am cutting out: Chips! - a silly habit I have gotten back into lately. Chocolate - I can do this! My chocolate cravings have gone down recently! Pepsi - oh dear, here is the killer. I live for Pepsi (and I'm not talking about the fuzzy one for those of you out there who know me) I neeeeeed pepsi. BUT! I am tuff, I can do this...I hope McDonalds - oh boy. another killer, working beside McDonalds all day everyday... it aint so easy to avoid. Snacking! - well, unhealthy snacking at the very least. I am ditching my bag of snacks today! sitting on my butt all day - that's not gonna make me lose weight! These are the things I am adding to my daily life! Walks - Going for many more, longer walks. Gotta build up those muscles! heehee More water - can't go wrong with water! Time for work! I will post again later with more of my epic weight loss plans! peace! Lisa
