I did well today in my eating and exercising! And I must say, I am mighty proud of myself LOL
I drank lots of milk and water today! :) No Pepsi! Not even a craving for it! :D For lunch I ate a weight watchers meal (really could have ate more there...) and for supper I had a home grown chicken (leg) a new potato **(yumm!) stuffing (not *the* healthiest thing on my plate..) from-our-garden carrots and beans! :D And more water! I did allow myself a piece of sugar free apple pie for dessert (mainly because it was already cut and slapped on my plate before I realized what was going on LOL) but I gotta wean myself off unhealthy eating one thing at a time, right? :P
Tomorrow I will cheat a bit on breakfast as we are going out with my Auntie and her boyfriend, but I'll drink an extra glass or two of water to make up for it LOL
Went for a short walk tonight, then came home and went for a drive, and another short-ish walk across the covered bridge (1282 feet!) :) Can't wait for my fitbit to arrive so I can see how much I really walk in the run of a day :)
