Oops! Slipped off the exercising wagon yesterday. My Grammie's birthday is this weekend and I kinda sorta totally forgot until like, Wednesday that I'm supposed to be making a scrapbook for her soooo I spent all day yesterday doing that ha. But I'm climbing back on the wagon today. As soon as my bread is finished baking I'm going to, well, probably eat a piece lol, then hop on the treadmill to burn it off lol I'm going to go easier on myself today though lol and not set it to the max incline.. I'm a pansy ok? lol
Speaking of eating haha, Lord it's hard to eat healthy and right when you live in a house full of junk food! Chips, pop, Christmas baking.... its everywhere! Gah! For a family that is trying to eat better and live healthier, we sure have an awful lot of bad food here. Oh well, guess I'm going to have to get my own good food :)
I am going to set Sunday's as my weigh in days so I can (hopefully) end the week on a good note, whether or not my week has been the best week of my existence or the week from hell :P
